Contrast? As in lighting? Well ugh I think my shutter was at 175 and my aperture was at f-10 or 12, I had a hair light, then a direct light on my left, a light on my left (middle) reflecting into a silver umbrella from above, and a fill soft box light on my right set at the mx power, the powers of the lights I forget though
